AceTech-24 is the latest antioxidant for edible oils, an “oil-soluble type green tea extract”, invented by FoodTech Trading Co., Ltd.
Green tea polyphenols are a group of common antioxidant agent that inhibits oxidation; a substance that removes potentially damaging oxidizing elements. However, it was formerly difficult to utilize for edible oils effectively until now, due to green tea polyphenol being a typical water-soluble component. AceTech 24 exerts the antioxidant effect of green tea polyphenols with the oil phase effectively, compared to previous oleosus antioxidant products such as vitamin E, rosemary extract and TBHQ.
